Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly using soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use 75% alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water aren’t available. Practice cough etiquette, avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands. Practice social distancing, stay home when sick, clean and disinfect surfaces and objects people touch frequently, and wear a mask if you feel unwell or caring for someone with respiratory symptoms.
