Dr. Kevin Rod
MD, CCFP, DAAPM, DCAPM
Dr. Kevin ROD is a certified Family Physician with focused practice in Chronic pain management. He is credentialed in Chronic pain by the Canadian and American Academies of Pain Management. He established Toronto Poly Clinic as a multidisciplinary pain management center in 2001. Dr. Rod promotes the concept of Mind Body Medicine. He believes by elevating the baseline of physical and mental health we can improve medical conditions. Dr. Rod says: “Being a doctor is to have a degree, being a physician is to have a profession, but being a conduit for healing is a purpose worth living for.”
Dr. Peyvand Ashtarani
MD, CCFP
Dr. Ashtarani is a family physician and has had a comprehensive family practice for many years. He does full-time interventional pain management and emergency work at the moment. Dr. Ashtarani works in different Emergency departments, pain clinics and Urgent Care centres and has a strong connection with Family Medicine. Dr. Ashtarani is an active learner and continues to move forward by providing the best treatments to his patients. He has written the article that describes the “7 Most Common Chronic Non-Cancer Pain Conditions“.
Dr. Hossein Aliabadi
MD
Dr. Aliabadi has many years of experience in medical and interventional Chronic Pain Management. He attended medical school at Mashhad University of Medical Science and graduated in 1992 and is licensed to practice medicine in Ontario. He is fluent in English and Farsi.
Dr. Sunny Sandhu
MD FRCP
Dr. Sandhu is fellowship trained in interventional pain medicine with double board certifications in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He has extensive experience in treating malignant and non-malignant chronic pain with image-guided interventions addressing the underlying pathology.
Dr. Katherine Isles
MD, FRCP
Dr. Isles has years of experience in chronic pain management, disability evaluations and Psychotherapy. She attended medical school at the University of Toronto and has hospital privilleges at Trillium Health Partners, Queensway Health Centre. She is fluent in English and Croatian.
Dr. Roger Lam
MD
Dr. Lam is a Senior Pain Consultant with over 20 years of experience in focused pain practice. He attended medical school at the University of Toronto. Dr. Lam is certified in Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, as well as certified by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. Over the past 12 years, he has worked in several Hospital emergency departments in the Greater Toronto Area. Dr. Lam also has a passion for cosmetic medicine, he is an experienced Cosmetic Rejuvenation Physician and is a past recipient of the “Top Cosmetic Surgeon” award. He is fluent in English and Cantonese.
Dr. Lawrence Luftspring

Dr. Luftspring is a Senior Pain Consultant with years of experience in focused pain practice. He attended medical school at the University of Toronto. He has hospital privileges at both Humber River Hospital Toronto and William Osler Health Centre Etobicoke General.
Dr. Hien Ta
MD, CCFP, FCFP, FRCPC
Dr. Ta combines the knowledge of Anesthesiology and Family Medicine with special care for Chronic Pain Patients. He is active in Interventional Pain Management. He is an expert in preparing out of hospital facilities for meeting the standards and inspections.
Dr. Eiman Rahimi
MD
Dr. Rahimi is an Anesthesiologist and a member of the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada with many years of experience in chronic pain management. He attended medical school at the Iran University of Medical Sciences & Health Service, as well as the University of Toronto. He has hospital privileges at Mackenzie Health. He is fluent in English and Farsi.
