Introducing NeuroBloom: A New Approach to Chronic Pain Relief
Introducing NeuroBloom: A New Approach to Chronic Pain Relief
At Toronto Poly Clinic, we’ve spent over 20 years helping individuals manage and overcome chronic pain. And throughout that time, we’ve seen one consistent truth: for many people, lasting pain relief doesn’t always come from more medications or procedures – it comes from retraining the nervous system.
That’s why we’re proud to introduce our newest program: NeuroBloom, a neuroscience-based nervous system training experience designed to help patients move from chronic stress and pain into long-term regulation and relief.

What is NeuroBloom?
NeuroBloom isn’t a treatment — it’s a training program.
Rooted in cutting-edge research in pain neuroscience, neuroplasticity, and brain-body regulation, NeuroBloom helps you retrain your brain and nervous system to respond differently to stress, pain, and tension.
The program includes:
✅ Brain Mapping (qEEG) – A non-invasive brain scan that reveals how your brain processes pain and stress.
✅ Biofeedback Training – Helps calm your body’s automatic stress responses through breathing, heart rate, and temperature control.
✅ Neurofeedback Training – Trains your brain to shift out of overactive or exhausted patterns and into calm, balanced states.
✅ Home Tools & Coaching – HRV and temperature sensors included, plus expert guidance so you can continue training at home.
Why We Created This Program
Too many people are told that their pain is “just something they have to live with” — especially when imaging, labs, and treatments don’t provide answers.
But science tells us another story. Chronic pain often changes how the brain and nervous system function – and those patterns can be retrained. With NeuroBloom, we’re offering our patients a new, non-invasive, drug-free way to support healing at the root level — not just manage symptoms.
We aim to transform the way chronic pain is understood and addressed by helping people reconnect with their nervous system, rediscover their capacity for healing, and reclaim their lives without relying on medication, injections, or invasive procedures. We envision a world where pain recovery begins not with suppression, but with self-awareness and scientifically guided brain-body training.
How It Works
1. Map the Brain:
We begin with a brain map (qEEG) to understand how your brain is processing pain and stress – creating your personalized training plan.
2. Reset the Nervous System
Through in-clinic biofeedback sessions and take-home tools, you’ll learn how to calm the body’s stress response and restore internal balance.
3. Retrain Brain Patterns
In 30 customized neurofeedback sessions, we help your brain shift out of survival mode and into states that support healing, clarity, and calm.
4. Track Progress
With follow-up brain mapping and personalized coaching, you’ll see your growth – not just in how you feel, but in how your brain has changed.
Every step of the NeuroBloom process is rooted in science, guided by experience, and designed to put healing back in your hands - so you can get back to doing the things you love most.

Why It Works
Based on three key neuroscience principles:
Neuroplasticity – The brain can change, even after years of chronic pain
Operant Conditioning – The brain learns through reward-based feedback
Self-Regulation – With training, your system can regain control
We’ve designed every part of the program to be measurable, supportive, and customized — using clinical-grade data and compassionate care.

Who It's For
NeuroBloom training may be right for you if you’re living with:
Fibromyalgia, nerve pain, or long COVID
Pain that hasn’t improved with medications or procedures
Chronic fatigue, anxiety, or emotional dysregulation
A sense of being “stuck” in survival mode
A desire to take an active, empowering approach to healing
Your pain doesn’t have to be permanent. With the right tools, guidance, and training, your nervous system can change.

Sleep Your Way to Better Pain Management
Sleep and pain are intricately linked. In fact, for many individuals with chronic pain, sleep disturbances are a significant challenge, with studies showing that between 67% and 88% experience sleep disruption and insomnia. Conversely, at least 50% of people with insomnia report chronic pain.

QEEG Brain Mapping: Unlock Your Brain’s Potential
QEEG, or brain mapping, goes beyond diagnosing problems; it’s about identifying your brain’s strengths and areas for enhancement. This non-invasive procedure measures your brain’s electrical activity, providing a detailed map of your brainwave patterns. This map reveals how your brain communicates and functions, highlighting opportunities to optimize cognitive performance, enhance focus, and boost overall brain health.
