Dr. Kevin ROD is a certified Family Physician with focused practice in Chronic pain management. He is credentialed in Chronic pain by the Canadian and American Academies of Pain Management. He established Toronto Poly Clinic as a multidisciplinary pain management center in 2001.

ANESTHESIOLOGIST – DIRECTOR OF INTERVENTIONAL PAIN MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Dr. Sandhu is fellowship trained in interventional pain medicine with double board certifications in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He has extensive experience in treating malignant and non-malignant chronic pain with image-guided interventions addressing the underlying pathology.

OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE, PSYCHOTHERAPIST
Dr. Isles has years of experience in chronic pain management, disability evaluations and Psychotherapy.

ANESTHESIOLOGIST – PRACTICE IN CHRONIC PAIN.
Dr. Ta combines the knowledge of Anesthesiology and Family Medicine with special care for Chronic Pain Patients. He is active in Interventional Pain Management. He is an expert in preparing out of hospital facilities for meeting the standards and inspections.

Dr. Aliabadi has many years of experience in medical and interventional Chronic Pain Management.

Focused practice in chronic pain Dr. Shievitz has many years of experience in interventional Chronic pain management. Dr. Shievitz is a peer assessor with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario in area of Chronic Pain.
Dr. David Mula – MD, CCFP
FOCUSED PRACTICE IN CHRONIC PAIN
Dr. Mula has extensive training in interventional pain management and disability evaluation. He is an experienced pain practitioner and an active educator in the area of chronic pain.

FOCUSED PRACTICE IN CHRONIC PAIN
Dr. Lai combines his knowledge of Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Pain Medicine for comprehensive Chronic Pain Management.

FOCUSED PRACTICE IN CHRONIC PAIN
Dr. Ashtarani is a family physician and has had a comprehensive family practice for many years. He does full-time interventional pain management and emergency work at the moment.
Dr. Ashtarani works in different Emergency departments, pain clinics and Urgent Care centres and has a strong connection with Family Medicine.
Dr. Ashtarani is an active learner and continues to move forward by providing the best treatments to his patients. He has written the article that describes the “7 Most Common Chronic Non-Cancer Pain Conditions“.

Niusha is a Registered Psychotherapist and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She received her masters and doctoral degree in Psychology from Ryerson University in 2013.

Tina Akhavan is currently working as a Nutirion and Wellness Expert in Toronto Poly Clinic. She holds a MSc and PhD from the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Nutirional Sciences, University of Toronto. She worked as a Research Fellow at Ryerson University. She briefly worked as a Clinical Research Manager at Sickkids Hospital in the area of pain and symptom managment. Then, Tina joined a dental group practice as an Office Manager.

Dr. Lakhani is an attending staff physician at Toronto General Hospital with teaching and practice privileges. He combines the knowledge of Internal Medicine and Pain Medicine for comprehensive patient care. He has training in Interventional Pain Management.
