Interventional pain management is an important pillar of our multidisciplinary pain management program. Only physicians with sub-speciality training or change of scope of practice to interventional pain can perform these procedures at our clinics. Different injections and procedures are used in this group of treatments for pain management. Toronto Poly Clinic has a highly equipped and modern X-Ray and Ultrasound procedure room for image guided procedures. Advanced image guided procedures are performed at our clinic.
Pain Reprocessing Therapy
Pain Reprocessing Therapy is a special treatment for neuroplastic pain. Dr Kevin ROD has extensive training in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and provides this treatment at Toronto Poly Clinic.

PRP
Platelet Rich Plasma
At TPC, our team of physicians specialize in Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy to manage chronic joint pain. PRP is a concentrated blood sample that contains high levels of platelets, a critical component of the wound healing process. Platelets contain growth factors that are responsible for stimulating tissue generation and repair.
Prolotherapy
Prolotherapy is a non-surgical ligament and tendon reconstruction and regenerative joint injection. It is shown to be effective in reducing pain by strengthening ligaments and supporting joints.

Integrative Chronic Pain Management

Medical Cannabis
The Toronto Poly Clinic Medical Cannabis program began in 2013. With a focus in chronic pain management, we have helped a number of patients learn how to utilize medical cannabis in a safe, and responsible way. Our program offers regular physician guided prescriptions, as well as patient education.
